As a fast, sporty and comfortable touring car in a completely new design, the Jaguar E-Type was the main attraction of the Geneva Motor Show from the 15th century. March 1961. The most striking thing about the aerodynamically shaped body is the very long, slightly sloping hood based on the British designer Malcolm Sayer. The construction proved to be extremely successful in terms of appearance and ride comfort and was used until 1996. Since the sports car celebrated its great success mainly in the USA, clear modifications had to be made to the E-Type model from 1966 onwards due to American safety and environmental regulations.

Thus, in 1968, the model appeared without a headlight cover and from Serie 2 with headlights even further forward, and the car also received a "gridded radiator grille". The beautiful model brings back the "gloss of the old times". The sporty dynamic shape is also en miniature a feast for the eyes. Every little detail is lovingly modeled, for example, every stroke is shown on the radiator grille and looks extremely delicate.
