INTELLIDRIVE® DIGITAL DECODERS

76330HO Locomotive Decoder

Loco decoder with 21-way interface with 2 special function outputs, light changes and a SUSI interface for connection of sound modules. (Shown at left with stuck on sound module 32100.)

Cat. No. 76330 (Available now).

Uhlenbrock digital decoders understand the old and new Märklin Motorola data format. With Märklin centers 80 addresses are attainable, with Uhlenbrock digital centers the usable address range is extended to a maximum of 255 addresses.

In addition, multi-protocol locomotive decoders can be used in DCC systems with 14, 27, 28 or 128 speed steps. They can be used with long addresses. Thus an address range from 1 to 9999 is available.

The decoders are programmable with Motorola and DCC centers using all common programming modes. All decoders can be programmed in original state.

The decoders control the locomotive motor with load regulation using a motor voltage modulated with a high frequency of 18.75kHz. This results in extremely calm engine running and makes operation of bell armature motors possible. Minimum speed, maximum speed and starting brake delay are programmable.

On some decoders the direction dependent light outputs are dimmable as also are the special function outputs.

An adjustable shunting mode makes very fine speed control in the low-speed operating range possible. Ranking mode and start/stop brake inertia can be switched on and off with f3 and f4. Depending upon data format the Märklin brake section or the DCC conforming brake signal can be used for an automatic deceleration in signal sections.

All multi-protocol decoders with SUSI interface, a 4-way mini socket can have sound modules and LISSY mini receivers attached. The mini transmitter is connected to mini decoders using solder pads on the PCB.

Owing to the Memory function all decoders compensate for short losses of power. They can be used on DC or AC systems.

The DCC data format used conforms to the NMRA DCC standard and is compatible with all NMRA compliant DCC Systems.

73400

Intellidrive Comfort Mini

Cat. No. 73400. Super small multi protocol train decoder with load controller. Interfaces with IntelliSound modules or LISSY mini transmitter modules. With soldered leads or (73410) 6 point connector for NEM 651.

75000

Intellidrive AnDi

Cat No. 75000. Low priced reversing switch and digital decoder in one, When transferring digital further conversion costs are therefore avoided.

77500

Intellidrive Scale 1 Decoder

Cat No. 77500. Scale 1 decoder with 8 special function outputs and SUSI sound interface for connection of sound modules or other modules to the control of adjustable auxiliary functions. All special functions are also switchable by LGB controllers. By the outputting of LGB pulse trains connectio of older LGB sound modules is also possible. It is prepared for shuttle train services and intermediate stop or INDUSI via locomotive reed contact and track magnets.

Intellidrive Function Mini

Cat No. 73900. Multi protocol function decoder. For DCC and Motorola, with 4 programmable sound function channels and soldered leads.

Uhlenbrock function decoders understand the old and new Märklin Motorola data format. With Märklin centers 80 addresses are attainable, with Uhlenbrock digital centers this is extended to a maximum range of 255 addresses. In the DCC operation they have an address range of 1 to 9999.

The decoders have 4 function outputs. They support the Function Mapping of 32000 functions. All outputs can be set to be travel direction dependent, flash or to be dimmed. Flash frequency and strength of the dimming are adjustable.
